Software licensing and maintenance
Keeping production software secure, current and working: updates, fixes and small improvements under an agreement with defined response times.
Software licensing and maintenance, done properly
Software that is not maintained gets more expensive every month. Dependencies fall out of support, security patches pile up and small bugs become outages. We take on maintenance for systems we built and for systems we did not, starting with an audit so both sides know what we are responsible for. We also manage licensing for the commercial components your software depends on.

Will you maintain software you did not build?
Yes, after an audit. The audit tells us what state it is in and tells you what maintaining it will realistically involve.
What counts as a critical issue?
Anything that stops customers using the system or exposes data. The contract defines each severity level in writing.
Can unused hours roll over?
That is set in the agreement. Most clients choose a small rollover allowance.
